I don’t know about you, but I woke up a few days ago and realized two things. 1) It’s cold and the weather is not going anywhere soon. 2) I suddenly have Holiday parties to attend and nothing to wear…. great.

Thankfully I’ve teamed up with Piperlime to bring you the ultimate party look for any Holiday occasion. For the #MomentsOfChic campaign, I styled my dress and shoes a little differently than some others may have. For example, this sweater is actually a dress that was just a little too short for comfort. I’m sure some thick tights would have gotten away with it but when I’m attending a gathering with people I don’t know, or the boyfriend’s family, I always err on the side of conservative. So, to fix the problem, I threw on my favorite pair of black jeans and a long necklace to add more visual interest. In one step I took an otherwise typical party outfit and made it into a more versatile, comfortable ensemble that can be worn to any function.

Additionally, I would like to take a moment to appreciate these gorgeous shoes. Not only are they super cute, but they’re probably one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I own. Standing for hours mingling with guests? Check. Dancing the night away with your boss and his/her family? You know it! I highly recommend these babies for any occasion.
