Wellness is more than just maintaining good physical health. It’s also about ensuring that you nurture and take care of your mind as well. When was the last time that you set aside time to only focus on clearing your mind and centering yourself. I’m willing to be that it’s been at least a few weeks since you felt completely relaxed. It’s not your fault if that’s true. De-stressing can be extremely difficult, especially if you’re trying to find time for wellness between work and social commitments. I’m 100% guilty of throwing myself to far into my work that I neglect any type of wellness at all. It’s something that I’ve wanted to commit to working on for a while but nothing has motivated me enough to really figure out how to change my lifestyle.

As if the universe sensed that I was in desperate need of a sign, I got an email about The W.E.L.L. Summit Conference that’s being held right here in Boston! A curated event for the Wellness community, W.E.L.L. Summit brings together top professionals for a weekend of learning and appreciation for the luxury of living healthily. This year, I’ll be in attendance all weekend, with MM contributor Alex, and I’m eager to soak up as much information as humanly possible.

The summit includes panel speakers, breakout sessions and plenty of networking opportunities. While networking is one of my favorite activities (seriously! I love meeting new people!), I’m most looking forward to the breakout sessions. My goal for the weekend is to collect 5 takeaways that I can successfully implement into my daily life. Want to join me and Alex for this incredible weekend? Read on.
