Fall! It’s here.

Maybe it’s the change of seasons, or just change in general, but I always have mixed feelings during the first weeks of Fall. I can recognize and appreciate that change is necessary for growth; growth of nature and growth of your psyche. However, that doesn’t make it any easier to digest that the carefree, fleeting moments of Summer are gone and now we are in the midst of a new, more serious time. Is it just me, or does everyone seem to buckle down the minute September starts? School is beginning and work becomes more stressful as people wrap up their last vacations.

However, once the colder weather sets in and the air feels crisp, my attitude completely changes. I absolutely love wrapping myself in a color palette of warmth, I love drinking apple cider and pumpkin beer. I love hayrides and Halloween, I love tailgating and leaf peeping. All of these activities bring back strong feelings of nostalgia and comfort that equates to a cozy kind of happiness. It’s these feelings that deserve to be celebrated as we gear up for the colder months ahead.

In that spirit, Heather has created a delicious Fall cocktail featuring IZZE‘s Sparkling Apple. Here’s to Fall and all that comes with it!

2oz pear vodka

Dash of cranberry juice

Dash of ginger beer

Topped with IZZE Sparkling Apple

Stirred with a cinnamon stick
