With Festival Season coming to a close, I’ve only got two left on my radar for this season. One of these is this weekend and it’s Boston Calling! Coming to Government Center this weekend, this bi-annual three day festival is gearing up for their biggest production yet. This year boasts an expanded VIP experience, art installations, an impressive lineup and an app to help organize it all!

This year, I’ll be in attendance all three days and thanks to Free People and their Legacy Place location, I’ll be dressed to impress. To celebrate the end of Summer and to kick off the beginning of Fall, I’ve shot one of my favorite transitional pieces, the Fragile Heart Maxi. I styled it as is because I felt the pattern and silhouette made enough of a statement but you could easily transition it into the colder months with a denim jacket or chunky knit cardigan. Seeing as it’s getting colder, it’s not a bad idea to bring layers with you this weekend or to consider wearing a maxi dress instead of a sundress.

Make sure that you follow along on Instagram for more Free People style shots from the festival and if you see me around, please say hi! Until then, get excited with this special edition playlist in honor of Boston Calling! [p.s. there are still tickets left so hurry up and get yours!]
