Sisters Natalie Chassaigne Kurtzman and Laura Chassaigne are the creative voices behind The Boston Day Book. The two of them curate the best of the best in Boston for you to reference when planning a trip, trying a new restaurant, or planning an extra special night with a friend or loved one. Not only do they have excellent taste, but they are also two of the sweetest women I’ve met and it’s hard not to smile during the entirety of a conversation with them!

I first discovered The Boston Day Book when I was perusing the internet for my own inspiration. As you know, I am utterly obsessed with passion, creativity, and individuality. What I especially love about Natalie and Laura is that they choose a collaboration of many different themes, not just one specific category. Rarely do I see content that I’ve already read on other sites and I appreciate the sense of artistic diversity that these incredible women bring to the table. Between Laura’s love of travel and wanderlust and Natalie’s creativity and love of all things local, The Boston Day Book is a one stop shop for exploration.

A few weeks ago, I met up with Laura and Natalie for a fun-filled photo shoot in Beacon Hill. During our time together, I asked them to describe their perfect day in Boston. What they came up with will not disappoint. Enjoy!

Morning Yoga

Picking up iced coffee and strolling along the Esplanade or Harbor Walk

Popping into some galleries or browsing the SOWA market

Afternoon frozen yogurt at Berry Line in Harvard Square

Checking out a new exhibit or catching a matinee

Dinner at a new restaurant or an old favorite like Picco, Trade, or Myers & Chang
